I have been ringing every morning for more than a wk and by 8.04 all appointments have gone whilst my appointment is not urgent I do need to see a doctor hence my calling each day

Make more appointments available I am not a patient who visits the surgery for anything minor but when I do need too it is difficult to understand why I can’t get an appointment can’t even make an appointment for a wks time

I was able to book my booster & flu jab and the whole process from beginning to end was trouble free

The volunteers and staff giving the covid and flu vaccine were excellent.we’re as trying to get an appointment is a nightmare. Ringing at 8 am exactly and being told that you are 30 odd in a queue is not good and after waiting for maybe 30+ minutes to be told that all appointments have gone doesn’t help with the patients wellbeing.

Improve appointment booking system urgently

For an appointment you have to ring at 8am, the phone is always engaged and by the time you get through all of the appointments have gone. Once you got through to the receptionist you have to give a reason for your call and then wait for the Dr to ring you back one time I had to wait until 5pm, this is a ridiculous situation.

The booking system needs to be more patient friendly
